Don’t Settle for a Van with 50,000 Miles

Justin contacted me within minutes of my first inquiry on Superior’s website. I was in desperate need of a new vehicle to transport my daughter as our current one just hit 200,000, has no AC and gets dangerously hot in the Houston heat.
Justin became like family immediately, answering every call and text very quickly and in much detail. Buying “sight unseen” from a state across the country can be intimidating, but he did a video consult, then when there was a slight bit of confusion, he was on FaceTime with me instantly so I could view our car. He truly helped every step of the way and did his absolute best to get the car here in time before I had to go out of town, so that upon my return I can take my daughter to her next appointment in the air conditioned car.
Now about the car, we chose a Kia Soul as we have had one in the family and had driven it from Houston to Washington state. Both my husband and I were extremely comfortable the entire trip so were delighted to learn superior wheels is able to modify them to transport her. Justin did measurements and also had another employee drive in so we could see clearance distances on entering and exiting. As shown, Dani fits into it perfectly. We will be moving the rear seat as it’s a little tight with the wheelchair and is unneeded in our situation. The car drives amazing. Entering and exiting is extremely easy but will take a little getting used to as far as hooking up the tie downs. The ramp is so easy to drop and lift back up and is light as a feather compared to our old side entry companion conversion. Bing bang boom and she in and out. I can’t wait to tool around town with her. It’s perfect for us and I can’t thank Justin and the entire team at superior wheels enough for helping us make this happen!
